Lowering your cholesterol may lower your risk of getting Alzheimers

Scientists are increasingly coming to believe that an unhealthy diet filled with high-cholesterol foods can increase your risk of Alzheimer's Disease

Studies have found that eating lots of foods containing saturated fats, such as butter and red meat, can boost levels of  amyloid beta, a protein linked to Alzheimer's.

There is also evidence that lowering your cholesterol levels can reduce your risk of getting Alzheimer's Disease.
